I have been in the business of putting people and homes together since 1985. Educating buyers on the home buying process is one of my specialties. I try to take the fear out of each step and bring a happy ending to the transition on closing day.
Helping sellers realize the highest value for their home, yet getting it sold in a reasonable time frame is one of my listing goals. Being in the business for over 32 years gives me a great handle on the area market values and I like to pass that knowledge on to potential sellers.
